Return Information
Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt of the goods, as long as the sample is unused. This is the legal regulation for the right of withdrawal.
If you have used the sample, you can return the item within 2-3 days. In this case, we will deduct return shipping costs of €5 from the refund.
If you find any defects in the product quality, you have the option of returning the item to us within 14 days.
The return costs are usually borne by the buyer unless there is a defect or a manufacturing error.
General questions
We only sell original fragrances without any kind of additives or diluters. It often happens that fragrances smell more or less different or vary in intensity. This is because the manufacturers adjust the composition of the ingredients from batch to batch.
With perfume samples we offer you the freedom to buy your favorite perfumes in small quantities of 2, 3, 6 or 10 ml.
The respective fragrance notes are always listed in the product description.
We only bottle the desired fragrance after the order has been placed, so the perfume retains its full quality. Every day before 12 noon (except on weekends), the bottles are padded and sent via DHL. The shipment should therefore be with you in 1-2 working days.
All samples are packaged in glass bottles with a high-quality spray head filled. The perfume name is written on each bottle. The bottles are therefore also perfect for giving as gifts.
Before filling, we test each bottle to ensure it is working properly. Therefore, there may be a little residual water in the spray head. However, this does not change the concentration of the fragrance.
